Job description
- Develop, monitor, and refine business plans to ensure they align with company goals and drive progress through clear metrics
- Support the design and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion
- Coordinate with markets to prepare and consolidate monthly reports, ensuring accurate and timely data collection and analysis
- Lead the preparation of monthly business reviews, including agenda setting, performance analysis, and pre-meeting preparations with market teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across hierarchy levels and markets
- Act as a key support to the Head of Sales Strategy and Business Development for various ad hoc tasks, ensuring timely and effective execution of responsibilities
Profile
- Education at tertiary level with focus on sales
- 3 to 5 years experience in sales analysis, strategic planning or a related role, ideally in a global or cross functional setup
- Result-oriented and able to make analytical decisions
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Excellent English spoken and written verbal skills (C1/C2), fluency in German (B2/C1) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and Microsoft Office knowledge complete your profile
