Beschreibung der Aufgaben

  • Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Drive organizational development, organizational effectiveness, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support organizational transformation and change management projects across LATAM.
  • Coach and advise managers on leadership, performance, team effectiveness, and employee relations matters.
  • Build and strengthen organizational capabilities, leadership pipelines, and a high-performance culture.
  • Establish, harmonize, and continuously improve HR processes, structures, and governance across multiple countries.
  • Drive performance management, workforce planning, salary planning, and employee development processes.
  • Bring operational HR excellence through process standardization, structure, transparency, and continuous im provement.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across diverse teams, functions, and cultures within the region.
  • Partner closely with global HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR programs and best practices.

Profil

  • Degree and further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational De velopment, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, ideally within larger international organizations with mature and professional HR functions.
  • Strong expertise in Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, and Talent Management.
  • Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and implementing HR structures, processes, and operating models across multiple countries. Strong operational HR background with experience driving process optimization, standardization, and HR excellence.
  • Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and virtual leadership structures across LATAM.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and execution-oriented with the ability to balance strategy and operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, networking, and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the confidence to work with senior leaders in a complex, multicultural environment.
  • Resilient, diplomatic, and collaborative personality with a passion for building strong organizations and bringing people together across cultures.
  • Fluent Spanish and English required; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
