Strategic advising and coaching of leaders across all HR areas
Managing the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment through onboarding to offboarding
Supporting talent management, succession planning and organizational development
Advising on employment law matters and HR policies
Contributing to performance, compensation and talent management processes
Leading and implementing HR projects, including the continuous optimization of HR processes
Analyzing HR metrics and deriving data-driven actions
Promoting a respectful, high-performance corporate culture
Supporting change and transformation initiatives

Degree in Business Administration, HR Management, Psychology, or a related field
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environment
Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law and social security regulations
Experience advising and supporting leaders across different organizational levels
Knowledge of global mobility is an advantage
Proficiency in HR systems and digital HR tools
Strong consulting, communication and conflict resolution skills
Analytical and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset
High level of interpersonal skills, empathy, integrity and discretion
Fluent German and English skills; French is an advantage
